We have a blog PDF Print E-mail

Wikipedia Definition: blog (a contraction of the term "web log") is a type of website, usually maintained by an individual with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video. Entries are commonly displayed in reverse-chronological order. "Blog" can also be used as a verb, meaning to maintain or add content to a blog.

We have one.

It has been up and running for several weeks now. There you can find reflections on events, information about current issues, communications from leadership, and other helpful information. Also on the blog you will find in the future short papers written on topics of interest to our members on various subjects ranging from best practice ideas for organizing a chapter program at the local level to thoughts on issues within the movement for full inclusion.

Many times we will use the blog to post complete information on a subject about which we have alerted you by All Member Email (AME) and directed you there for more detailed information than is in the AME.

Information on the blog at the moment includes:

  • A message from Herbert W Chilstrom and H George Anderson regarding responses to CWA09…
  • Reconciling In Christ Sunday to Be Celebrated January 31…
  • "Building an Inclusive Church" Trainings Set for 2010…
  • Over ninety gather at ELCA church to see "For the Bible Tells Me So"…
  • LC/NA, ELCA Recognize World AIDS Day Today…
  • ELCIC National Bishop Speaks Out Against Ugandan Anti-Homosexuality Bill…
  • Plus 16 other subjects posted in November
