ReconcilingWorks is grieved to share the news of the sudden passing of longtime supporter and Board Member Everett Freeman. The light and love of Everett will be deeply missed in this holy work of LGBTQ welcome, inclusion, and celebration that he worked so passionately for in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Canada.
Please join me in wrapping those who knew and loved Everett in prayer as they grieve. May God’s Beloved child, Everett Freeman, rise in glory and know eternal peace.
A service for Everett will be held in Fort Frances Canada on Saturday, January 28th at 11am at Knox United Church, 340 Church St, Fort Frances, Ontario P9A 1E1, Canada. If you would share a card with Everett’s family please send them to the ReconcilingWorks office before Wednesday, January 25th and I will deliver them when I attend the funeral service.
