Today we remember and give thanks for all the saints who have gone before us — the faithful, the courageous, the beloved community of God who worked for justice, inclusion, and love.
We especially honor the LGBTQIA+ saints and leaders who made a way where there seemed to be no way — who risked, resisted, prayed, and proclaimed that God’s love is for all people. Their courage continues to shape our Church and call us toward the fullness of God’s justice.
May we walk in their legacy.
May we remember their names.
May we carry forward their holy work of welcome, inclusion, celebration, and advocacy.
