Help ReconcilingWorks welcome a recent Reconciling in Christ (RIC) community:
San Pablo – St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Their welcome statement reads:
“San Pablo-St. Paul’s Lutheran Church offers you a warm welcome with arms wide open, inviting you to bring all of who you are.
As a primarily Latine immigrant community, many of us have experienced what it means to be marginalized and we know how important it is to truly belong. We strive to express Jesus’ love through making a community where all belong. We seek to embrace all of God’s creation by a commitment to racial equity, social and economic justice, and environmental care. We want this church to be a refuge, a place where people feel free to be themselves and share their stories, joys and needs where they will be appreciated. We are constantly learning and growing in how to stand in solidarity with one another. We welcome people of all national origins, races and ethnicities, all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, abilities/disabilities, class, family status, recovery status, and other differences in lived experiences.“
