A New RIC Community: Christ the King Lutheran Church (Holliston, MA)

Help ReconcilingWorks welcome the newest Reconciling in Christ (RIC) community: Christ the King Lutheran Church (Holliston, MA).

Their welcome statement reads:

““My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you” -John 15:12 We at Christ the King Lutheran Church believe that everyone has been beautifully and lovingly created by God. We believe that all, regardless of age, race, religious background, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, or abilities are to be welcomed and included. As a Reconciling in Christ church, we believe everyone deserves to hear the Word of God, and to feel Christ’s love, without fear of judgment or discrimination. Jesus commanded his disciples to “Love each other as I have loved you” (John 15:12). Christ the King proclaims this love to everyone, including members of the LGBTQ+ community. We acknowledge that many, especially those in the LGBTQ+ community, have been excluded in the Church. We at Christ the King reject the notion of any exclusion. Walk with us in faith, love, and hope, as we seek healing and reconciliation along our journey with God. We proudly display the words All are Welcome, to show that everyone, especially our LGBTQ+ siblings, can find sanctuary here. We welcome you here!”
