Fill out registration online and submit a secure online payment via major credit card  or PayPal account. Online payment must accompany registration information in order for you to be registered.


Registration fees will cover all programs of Reconciling Works 2012, a banquet ticket for the Saturday Night Celebration, and some meals.

Scholarships Available for Registration Fees

Scholarship assistance is available to help defray registration costs. To request a scholarship, please send an email to Preference will be given to youth, young adults, and students.

If you find you are in a position to help someone, please donate to the scholarship fund. These funds will be distributed to those who request scholarships and help us bring more people to Reconciling Works 2012.    

Hotel Costs

Rates are $149.00 per night, per room, for a king room or double-double (tax not included). If you want to share the cost of a double (i.e. $74.50 per person), and don’t have a roommate in mind, ReconcilingWorks will help find you one.

Please note: You need to reserve your room(s) through ReconcilingWorks when you register. All room changes must also be made through ReconcilingWorks. However, you will need to pay the hotel directly for all room charges. Please plan to present a credit card when you check in to either hotel. You will pay the hotel directly, as you check-out. In an attempt to keep costs down, not all meals are provided by the assembly. A wide range of food options are available within short walking distance from Luther Place Memorial. A food guide will be available in the on-site registration area.

Meals included in the price of a Full Assembly Registration Fee are:

    Saturday banquet
    Sunday brunch
    Monday box lunch
    Tuesday continental breakfast
    Tuesday box lunch
